Ahimsa: Part of the Beyond Asana Series

Ahimsa, which is Sanskrit for nonviolence, seems pretty straight forward when reduced to its simplest interpretation – don’t be violent. But when we investigate different ways of interpreting violence, or harm, we can learn to live more gently in the world.
Learn more about, or re-examine, Ahimsa on Wednesday, April 17th from 7-9PM at A New EverAfter in Bath. This is the first of the ten class series “Beyond Asana: Exploring the Ethics of Yoga”. Each session is designed to be standalone, but they are all, like most things in life, interconnected.
Investment: A New EverAfter maintains a “Pay What You Can Policy” – $22, $18, or $15 for each individual session. $142 for the entire 10-class series.
