Slow Flow Yoga Class

Let breath guide you through your practice. Take a little extra time in this class to feel your way into the poses without feeling rushed. You will build strength and flexibility while mindfully being guided through the class. This class is good for all levels. Register on Big Tree Fitness‘s website, or arrive 10 minutes prior to start time to register on site.
